Dr. Pracheesh Prakash Pandey, Chief Executive Officer of Eternal Hospital Jaipur (EHCC), is a multi-faceted individual. He is a postgraduate in internal medicine. His inclination towards administration led him to get trained in general management at XLRI Jamshedpur. Apart from his clinical exposure of over 7 years, he has hospital business experience of more than 12 years across a variety of functions, including P&L management, acquisitions, administration, healthcare services, and clinical and non-clinical operations management.

He has spent his last decade with several renowned groups of hospitals in key positions. This includes contributions to Apollo Hospitals Hyderabad and Global Hospital Bangalore.

He was associated with the CK Birla group of hospitals for 6 years and played key roles at multiple positions across its centres at Kolkata, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Jaipur. He was involved in formulating and implementing strategic plans that provided direction to the organisation’s growth and helped in establishing CK Birla Hospitals as a key brand in the healthcare industry.

In his current role as CEO of EHCC Hospital Jaipur, he has led the hospital to become the market leader in Rajasthan. EHCC has recently expanded into another 100+ bed facility at Sanganer, Jaipur. Throughout his career, he has pioneered a series of initiatives to improve patient care and streamline processes. A disciplinarian and people-oriented person, Dr. Pracheesh has also implemented many innovative ideas for aggressive revenue ramp-up and cost management.
