Makkar, MD (Anesthesia), MD (Acupressure), MBA in Hospital Administration working as Medical Director Eternal Hospital Jaipur has more than 20 yrs of rich experience in Clinical Sciences and Anaesthetic Management came into core management since last 5 years. Since then, she is managing all the operational functioning of all the departments of hospital and creating robust planning to support patients, their families and community to achieve optimal health. She works on competitive matrices to gauge the performance and provide a set of standards enabling the team and department to guide their departmental decisions. She deeply imbibes the passion and commitment for exceptional patient safety and clinical excellence enabling health systems to deliver transformational performance with complete transparency.

The pandemic has offered the healthcare industry a novel learning curve to steer operations of a hospital through adversity. We have always been at the forefront of managing the pandemic and boosting the vaccination campaign.

During COVID period she designed the programs for clinical trials, closely monitored the quality of patient care, evaluating the facility for safety, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory agencies policies.
