About Doctor

Dr. Ritu Agarwal has more than 15 years of experience in various radiological modalities with special interest in cross section imaging (64/128 slice MDCT and 3.0 T/1.5 T MRI).  She is ECFMG certified which is the US licensing body for Foreign Medical Graduates. Dr. Ritu Agarwal is the only Radiologist with two dedicated US fellowships (Neuroradiology and Cardiovascular Imaging) in Rajasthan/ Northern India, and is also a Level III certified cardiac radiologist from Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, USA. She has been extensively trained in Neuroradiology at The George Washington University, Washington DC, USA for one year (July 2011-June2012). 

She underwent another one year dedicated Cardiovascular imaging Fellowship (Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI) at Cleveland Clinic, Ohio-USA(July 2019-June 2020). Cleveland Clinic Imaging institute is one of the world’s best hospitals in Cardiology, being No. 1 in USA consistently from the last 25 years. She is now Level III certified in Cardiac CT as detailed by the ACCF / AHA COCATS guidelines for training in Advanced Cardiovascular CT and / or ACR (American College of Radiology) CT Practice guidelines and Level III certified in Cardiac MRI as detailed in JCMR 2000, 2:233-4 and updated in JCMR 2007;9:3-4. These are the most advanced training standards in Cardiac Imaging available (per international standards). She has recently been awarded Fellow status in the Society of CMR (FSCMR).  This honor reflects the recognition by her peers of her distinguished level of professional and scholarly achievement, integrity, and competence; making her one of the few experts in all over India with this level of competence.  She has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals and has attended several conferences in the United States and in India.
