What is Critical Care?
Also known as intensive care medicine, it's a specialized branch of medical science that deals with seriously or critically ill patients who have, are at risk of, or are recovering from conditions that may turn fatal. It usually involves providing life support, invasive monitoring techniques, resuscitation, and end-of-life care to save the patient's life and improve quality of life. The department has a multidisciplinary team of many different health professionals and experts from other departments, working together to provide multidisciplinary, seamless care to the patients.

Why Eternal Hospital ?
Emergency Care often goes beyond the emergency room. Hence the need for coverage from pre-hospital care till the patient’s transfer to definitive care is the ICU. Our Critical Care department provides round-the-clock care and life support services to critically ill patients who require intensive monitoring by a team of highly qualified, skilled and experienced intensivists and nurses.
